1. Service Description
SafeClaw provides a passkey-secured API vault for AI agents. The service enables biometric-gated credential management, approval workflows, and end-to-end encrypted storage for API keys and service credentials.
2. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and biometric authenticator. SafeClaw cannot recover your vault if you lose access to your passkey, as we do not hold decryption keys.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use SafeClaw in compliance with all applicable laws. You may not use the service for illegal activities, to store credentials for unauthorized access to third-party systems, or to circumvent security measures of other services.
4. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. SafeClaw may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We will provide reasonable notice for planned downtime.
5. Limitation of Liability
SafeClaw is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to data loss, unauthorized access resulting from user negligence, or service interruptions.
6. Subscription & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months. AI subscription credits included in higher tiers are non-transferable.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of SafeClaw after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.
